Projects organize your information. Each project arranges resources into three categories:
- Sources: the supporting material (screenshots, data, etc.).
- Drafts: your ongoing writings.
- Done: drafts that have been published or marked as done.
A project is a local folder with resources available to both you and the AI agents. Point them at your sources and they will help you research, outline, and draft — grounded in your own material.
Start from an existing WordPress site
You can start from an empty project, but there are a few ways to bootstrap it from existing data. One of them is importing a WordPress site (self-hosted or from WordPress.com):
When you do so, Studio Write creates the project and files your published posts under Done and your drafts under Drafts:
